Hello All! Monique here!

Hey there! 

It's Monique here! I'm a Derby girl (Nyikina mob) and I've been living in Rubibi/Broome for the last 20 years teaching music and also playing in many bands & music projects, running a life coaching music and a recording studio with my partner, Musician & Sound Engineer, Mick Stephens. 

We call our little hub 'the Compose Community'....

My original project is 'Stellar Moon'... I've just released my debut album 'Phases' and currently recording the second. I've played some great gigs including Nannup Music Festival and Blues at Bridgetown... and I've had some awesome support slots for Christine Anu,  The Waifs and Darryl Braithwaite. 

We still play regularly in our cover bands '3rd Wheel' and 'Miss Behave & the School of Funk' for Weddings, corporates, balls, events, anything really and I also run a bunch of different workshops from Sound Healing meditations, DRUMBEAT, Choirs, Ukulele circles, Vocal healing workshops, Empowerment mindset, wellbeing workshops, music medicine and a heap more!
